Refund & Return Policy

A. Eligibility for Returns

At Luxury Protection Film, we stand by the quality of our premium TPU protection solutions. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

B. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our specialty products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut film kits tailored to specific timepiece models or hardware dimensions.
  • Products that have been partially applied or removed from their backing.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

C. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

D. Exchanges & Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact our Melbourne studio immediately with photographic evidence of the damage.
