2. Services & Installation
Surface Condition: We apply protection film to luxury items (watches, vehicles, or electronics). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the surface is in "as new" or "OEM factory" condition. We are not liable for any pre-existing scratches, dents, or defects.
Adhesion & Curing
Adhesion Risk: We are not responsible for damage to non-original surfaces during application or removal. Curing Period: Customers must follow post-application care, including avoiding water or cleaning agents for the specified period (typically 48–72 hours).
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for perfection, the nature of protection film (PPF) means minor imperfections, such as "orange peel" texture or microscopic dust particles, may be present. These are considered industry standard and not a product defect.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. Privacy (Summary)
We collect personal information (such as your name, email, and address) only to process your orders, manage bookings and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

General Provisions

A. No Refund After Application or Use
At Luxury Protection Film, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or booking an installation. Due to the nature of our products—which are custom-fitted and adhesive-based—once the protection film has been applied, used, or the backing has been removed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- The film is a one-time use consumable product that cannot be restocked or resold. We do not offer refunds for Change of Mind after the installation process has begun or the product has been unsealed and used.
B. Faulty or Defective Products
Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure. If the problem is minor, we will fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe at no extra cost. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or use of pressure washers on the film.
C. Pre-Installation Cancellations
DIY Kits: Returns are accepted for unopened, unused kits in original packaging within 14 days of purchase at the customer's expense.
